Visual Arts
My experience in the graphic arts includes over 20 years of art direction, graphic design, visual merchandising, image restoration, and video editing. In college, I discovered a new understanding of the correlation between art and music, which has now become the ColorSound Designer.
Audio Engineering
My audio engineering experience includes 40 years as a musician with ongoing self and formal education in recording and audio engineering. I have an appreciation and understanding of many genres of music including rock, folk, blues, punk, reggae, metal, psychedelic, trance, rap, R&B, and most other genres.
Phillip Valentine
Phillip Valentine is the owner and operator of Audio Graphics. He has been an artist since childhood, drawing, painting, and playing music. He studied both art and music in college, where he developed his ColorSound Theory.
Phillip has pursued careers in graphic design, marketing, natural foods retail management, and construction. He gained fundamental skills in branding, customer service, and visionary leadership working for the last 20 years, managing stores such as Whole Foods, and Natural Grocers.
Phillip has been on the Quest Foundation board of directors for decades, working with his father James Valentine, as the Art Director, and in various capacities from going on photography expeditions to working in the darkroom.
